ENERGY CITY H01 – LUSAIL PROJECT

Energy City Qatar is the region’s first integrated 35 km2 business hub dedicated to the hydrocarbon industry providing a single point of access to markets and expertise for the region’s global players in the hydrocarbon value chain. As a LEED-certified structure, this project is one of the most efficient energy structures in the Middle East. This project comprises of 3 story low rise buildings serves as business office center connected with 3 levels underground parking, approximately 95,000 square meters built-up area, on a plot measuring 25,100m².

Works executed include:

1. Management and workforce for the execution of in situ works
2. Erection and dismantling of formwork & scaffolding works
3. Fixing of ready-cut and bend steel reinforcement
4. Pouring and finishing of ready-mix concrete
