GOLD LINE METRO “HISTORIC LINE”

Doha Metro is an integral part of the Qatar Rail Development Program (QRDP).  The first phase included the construction of three out of the four lines (Red, Gold, and Green) and 37 stations, with an approximate overall length of 76 km.

Gold Line, called the “Historic Line”, is developed fully underground and is the largest single construction package of Doha Metro, including 13 underground stations, 2.5 million m3 of excavations for the stations, and 1,000,000 m3 of concrete. It traverses Doha from East to West through the heart of Doha. This will connect the airport’s northern part with Souq Waqif, Musheireb, Bin Mahmoud, Al Sadd, and Al Waab Stations.

Our works in Gold Line Metro included:

1. Management and workforce for the execution of in situ works
2. Erection and dismantling of formwork & scaffolding works
3. Fixing of ready-cut and bend steel reinforcement
4. Pouring and finishing of ready-mix concrete
