- Lasgush Poradeci” school, is the first Albanian school by applying post-tensioned concrete
- Post-tensioning is a technique for reinforcing concrete.
- Post-tensioning tendons, which are prestressing steel cables inside plastic ducts or sleeves, are positioned in the forms before the concrete is placed.
- Post-tensioned concrete means that the concrete is poured and the tension is applied, but it is still stressed before the loads are applied, so it is still prestressed.
- Lasgush Poradeci” school is located in administrative unit No.6, Kombinat, Tirana, Albania.
- The new school will have a capacity of 1200-1300 students with a standard of 5.8m2 per student.
- The construction of this school gives the area an impact on future development and sets a new standard for the construction of other schools
