The island is formed and surrounded by stone revetment and accessible by a vehicular bridge from the Porto Arabia Retail District to the west. With a total built-up area of 157,000 m2, Marsa Arabia Resort will be a 5-star Hotel Apartments & Residence with resort amenities offering views of the crystal-blue Persian Gulf, the Porto Arabia Residences, and the Porto Arabia gateway.

Works executed include:

1. Management and workforce for the execution of in situ works
2. Erection and Dismantling of Formwork & Scaffolding works
3. Fixing of ready-cut and bend steel reinforcement
4. Pouring and finishing of ready-mix concrete
